We recommend reading the “Legal Notice and Privacy Policy” along with these Terms of Purchase and Returns. At Casa de la Arsenia, we understand that by continuing to browse our website and completing a purchase, you agree to these conditions.

These terms, along with any related documents and invoices generated during the purchase process, constitute the entire contractual relationship between RETSE ALIMENTARIA S.L.U. and each of our customers.


1. Product Availability

We have designed a simple and transparent purchase process. However, it’s possible that a product may be temporarily unavailable. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to either:

  • Request a full refund of the amount paid (within 14 days), or

  • Replace the unavailable product with another item of your choice.


2. Pricing

All products listed on this website display their price in euros (€), including applicable VAT. The final total payable will include any applicable shipping costs, which will be calculated and shown to you clearly before completing the payment.

We will always inform you of the final price, including shipping, during the checkout process.


3. Purchase Process and Payment Methods

To complete a valid purchase, you must follow the steps indicated on our website.

You may pay using credit or debit card, or via Bizum. Once all steps are completed and you click the final purchase button, your order will be confirmed.

After we receive your confirmed order, we will send you a confirmation email, and our team will begin preparing your items for packaging and shipping.

Of course, we remain at your full disposal for any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process.


4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are packed in sealed, durable, and appropriate packaging for the contents and transportation conditions.

We deliver to mainland Spain. For other locations, please contact us at pedidos@casadelaarsenia.com.

The shipping address you provide does not need to match the billing address.

RETSE ALIMENTARIA S.L.U. is not responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

The delivery note signature implies acceptance of the delivered goods.

Any discrepancies, missing products, or damage during transportation must be noted on the delivery slip and confirmed via email to pedidos@casadelaarsenia.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please include photographic evidence of any damage.

Delivery times are generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping address and general transportation conditions.
Orders placed after 14:00h will be processed the next business day.

While we will do everything possible to meet stated delivery times, the logistics services are provided by third parties, and RETSE ALIMENTARIA S.L.U. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or issues beyond our control.


5. Returns and Exchanges

At Casa de la Arsenia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have the right to request a return or exchange of any product purchased through our website.

By law, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the product. To do so, email us at pedidos@casadelaarsenia.com with your details and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then contact you to proceed.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all accessories intact.

  • Only complete orders in perfect condition and within the 14 business-day return window will be accepted.

Once we receive the returned order at our facility, we will process a refund of the product price (excluding shipping and return costs) within 14 business days.
