Shipping and Delivery
Orders are carefully packed in sealed, durable packaging suitable for the contents and transportation requirements.
Products will be delivered anywhere within mainland Spain. For deliveries to other locations, please contact us at: pedidos@casadelaarsenia.com.
The shipping address you provide during checkout does not need to match the billing address.
RETSE ALIMENTARIA S.L.U. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or if the delivery cannot be completed at the specified address. In such cases, the customer may be required to cover the cost of a second delivery.
Signing the delivery note will constitute acceptance of the products received.
Any damages, missing items, or irregularities must be noted on the delivery slip and confirmed via email to pedidos@casadelaarsenia.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please include photos of the issue when reporting it.
In general, our delivery times are 3 to 7 business days from the confirmation of your order, depending on the delivery address and the general state of the transport network.
Please note that orders placed after 14:00h will be processed on the next working day.
While we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping services are managed by third-party providers, and therefore RETSE ALIMENTARIA S.L.U. cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues related to the delivery process.
